As founder of Andromedae, Jess combines expertise in business, finance and accounting with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. She believes the team is the heart of the business. Outside work, she enjoys learning about AI, growing herbs and following Formula 1 with champagne in hand.
Operations Manager
Kayleigh has been part of the Andromedae team for nearly three years, bringing experience in finance and the beauty industry. She thrives on streamlining processes and organising systems. Originally from the UK, she brings her natural ability to connect with people into everything she does. Outside work, she enjoys sunshine, good company and a glass of wine.
Tax Agent
Bec brings over 20 years of accounting experience as a Registered Tax Agent and SMSF Specialist. A self-confessed numbers nerd, she loves solving problems and making everything add up. She values Andromedae's supportive team culture. Outside work, she enjoys shopping, Pilates and spending time with family and friends.
Book Keeper
Our resident Barcelonean, Davinia brings sunshine, positivity and laughter to the Andromedae team. With 15 years of experience across administration, accounting, bookkeeping and business support, she loves helping people. After teaching yoga and Pilates, she returned to finance in 2025, drawn by Andromedae's supportive team culture.
Accountant
Gabi has been part of the Andromedae team for over two years, bringing her love of numbers and problem-solving to the team. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Marketing, she combines technical expertise with strong people skills. Outside work, she enjoys catching up with friends, and a good wine and cheese platter.

Rachel joined Andromedae in 2025 in administration before moving into her current role as an accountant. With a background in customer service and degrees in business and accounting, she combines technical expertise with a people-first approach. When she's not crunching numbers, she enjoys beach days, pottery classes and planning her next adventure.

Nica has over six years of accounting experience, including three years specialising in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs). At Andromedae, she values the welcoming, supportive team culture and opportunities to grow. She enjoys discovering new matcha spots, exploring places, playing badminton, staying active, reading and working on her own writing projects.
Accountant
Nicole brings a strong accounting background, beginning her career as an Audit Analyst in the Philippines before specialising in SMSF accounting with Australian firms. Since 2019, she has built expertise across the full SMSF process. After work she enjoys family time and relaxing with K-dramas.

Jai brings over six years of accounting experience, specialising in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs). With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology, she combines technical knowledge with a commitment to accuracy and great client outcomes. Outside of work, Jai enjoys badminton, tennis, pickleball, discovering new cafes and spending time with loved ones.
Accountant
With seven years of experience as a Client Service Assistant, Jez is the organised force behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly with accuracy and care. She loves learning new skills and supporting the team, but her biggest soft spot is for animals, you'll often find her caring for her pets or feeding stray dogs and cats. When she's not at work, she's happiest cooking at home and dreaming about her next trip to Japan.

With over four years of experience in administration and client services, Georgia brings a thoughtful approach to guiding clients through complex processes. Her social sciences background drives her passion for detail, organisation and automation within SMSFs. A valued part of the Andromedae team, she embraces the Gold Coast lifestyle through beach days and exploring the coast.
UX/Graphic Designer
Faye brings five years of creative experience across branding, campaigns and client pitches, with a background in graphic communication and illustration. Originally from the UK, she's traded city streets for coastal living, and is enjoying beach days and finding inspiration through creativity whenever she can.
