Keeping in line with simplifying everything for our clients, we have also simplified our fees into two types: your one off setup fee and ongoing management fee. Importantly, there are no out of pocket expenses.

The one-off set up fee is payable on completion of your Self Managed Super fund. This fee depends on the type of investment you're planning on investing in. It includes all fees as required by ASIC, legal fees, software set up and postage. Set up starts at $3,490 inc GST.

There are many ongoing fees associated with a Self Managed Super Fund for auditing, compliance, software and accounting. To simplify this, we charge a monthly fee direct from your Super Fund with no extra surprise expenses! This is set up when your Super Fund Bank Account is set up and is $289 inc GST per month for property clients and $249 inc GST per month without property (All fees are tax deductible within your fund).
